How often should I practice stretching to see progress?
We recommend starting with 3 focused sessions per week. Most members notice measurable improvements in mobility within 2–3 weeks when practicing consistently. Our programs are designed to be gentle yet effective.
Do I need any equipment for the Stablivra Stretch programs?
No special equipment is required. You only need comfortable clothing and a yoga mat or soft surface. Some advanced sequences may optionally include a resistance band or foam roller.
Is it safe if I have an existing injury or limited mobility?
Our programs are suitable for all levels. Always consult your physician before beginning. Each lesson includes clear modifications and we strongly advise listening to your body and skipping any movements that cause discomfort.
How does the membership billing work?
Memberships are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel or adjust your plan at any time through your account dashboard. Annual plans receive two months free.
Can I download the video classes for offline viewing?
Yes. All catalog videos can be downloaded in the mobile app for offline practice. Downloads expire after 30 days and require an active subscription.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
We offer a 14-day full refund window for new members. After that, you can cancel at any time and your subscription will end at the conclusion of the current billing period.
